• Please inspect your product in the presence of the delivery representative.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and invoice.
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or after the product has been used.
• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
